APRTC is an independent, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving the welfare and knowledge of developing country farmers and the promotion of sustainable agricultural practices. A priority activity of APRTC is agLe@rn - an eLearning program that takes advantage of modern information and communication technologies - ICT - to address the continuing educational needs of agricultural educators and other professionals who serve and support farmers and farming communities. These individuals are important knowledge intermediaries who can make a difference at the farm level.
