Interactions - Quality and
Usefulness
We firmly believe that it
is through interactions that real learning takes place. This
course uses a number of mechanisms to encourage interactions.
Interactions between participants and the content, interactions among
participants and interactions between the facilitators and the participants.
We are, therefore very interested in hearing your assessments of both
the quality and usefulness of the various forms of interaction.

Facilitators
We believe that the key to
success of any educational activity is the skill and commitment of
the facilitators. Your assessment of their qualities can provide
valuable feedback on how to do the job better. Below we have
listed several important factors that define a good and effective
facilitator.

|
Additional comments regarding
the course facilitators.
- Facilitators
have gone through the assignments submitted very critically and
gave very meaningful and useful suggestions, which made the learning
further more valuable. The facilitators encouraged the learning
process through emailing their comments to everyone, and sometimes
summarizing the issues very aptly. Thanks a lot for the time the
facilitators spared to go through all the assignments of all the
trainees and provide very useful suggestions.

What
do you like best in this course?
- *
Interactiveness* Vastly informative* Share and learn
approach
- The
availability of various reference materials for reading
and learning. I like the challenge of being prompted
to read in order to satisfy the questions given in the
assignments
- I
can submit my ideas in international media communication
- Have
opportunity to interaction with another expert from
every country that participated in this course. Also,
I have opportunity to hear their problem that depend
on their situation in their country.
- The
fact that you can learn what is happening in agricultural
settings of other countries.
What do you like least
in this course?
- *
Absence of voice chat or voice conference* Inability
to discuss with the faculty and other participants in
person
- Downloading
of various reference materials
- A
little time to finish all Assignment
- The
fact the people I inetract with are from areas that
have very little in common to mine. I would have oved
to have students from the Southern Africa Region from
which I wpuld benefit a lot from common experiences.
Please give us any specific
comments or recommendations on how this course could be
improved?
- The
course is very well structured and presented, and nicely
dealt with. There is good opportunity for learning for
the interested participants.
- Increase
the number of assignments because there are lots of
topics to consider.
- Should
need more participants, to know more issues in all country
- Involving
more expert from different country
- The
course should encourage more African students to apply
and participate
